I resolved the issue – or, at least, they’re willing to restore my account while they test whether I did.

I should be able to resolve it, but it might mean changing hosts – which I can’t do until the end of the month, because the domain is too new. Apologies for the inconvenience this causes – I’ll be sure everything I create can be downloaded elsewhere, for the time being.
