Phasing out 3 dollar and 10 dollar tiers

Sorry for all the messages today – this should be the last, and I’m only doing it because I don’t know if an email get sent out?

I decided to completely get rid of the $3 and $10 tiers, which I haven’t been using properly. If you’re on one of those tiers, feel free to stay! I’m just removing them as active options for newcomers.
